Troy has five (5) years litigation experience. Admitted in 2001, Mississippi and U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi; U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit. He was a member of the Hinds County Bar Association; The Mississippi Bar; Jackson Young Lawyers Association. Troy joined Burns, Cunningham & Mackey, P.C. in mid-May, 2008. Admitted in 2008, Alabama and U.S. District Court, Southern District of Alabama. Troy is married to Pete Burns’ daughter, Erin. Troy and Erin have a one year old son, Jack.
