Tim Davis' legal practice has broadened dramatically from his early focus on personal injury and wrongful death claims involving automotive, healthcare and pharmaceutical liability. While continuing to represent such injured parties, his litigation practice today includes the individual seeking redress for patent infringement, as well as entire communities harmed by toxic waste. A graduate of Florida State University's business school and of Cumberland School of Law, Tim lectures frequently in his areas of practice. He currently serves as his firm's managing partner, was listed in the 2008 edition of Alabama Super Lawyers and has, throughout his career, served in various capacities in local and state bar associations.
