 Mr. Mackey focuses his practice on civil trial litigation, the overwhelming majority of which involves representing plaintiffs. Currently, his caseload centers on personal injury, wrongful death, nursing home negligence, business and consumer torts, construction cases, employment disputes and insurance matters. Mr. Mackey is a member of the American Association for Justice and Alabama Association for Justice, the South Alabama Trial Lawyers Association, the Alabama chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association, the Alabama Bar Association and the Mobile Bar Association. He has been admitted to practice in Alabama and in the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits. |
